Vacuum Purification of Industrial Lubricating Fluids
Low Vacuum Industrial Lubricating Oil Purification Systems
Low Vacuum Industrial Lubricating Oil Purification Systems
Our “Low-Vacuum”Llubricating Oil Purifiers are specifically designed for removal of large quantities of water, gases and particulate from mineral based hydraulic, turbine and other types of lubricating fluids, capable of operating in a range from 100 Gal/hour to 6000 Gal/hour oil volume flow in an on-line closed loop continuous circulation/purification regime, as well as on the tank-to-tank basis, and complete with:
- Intake and discharge hydraulic pumps with variable flow rate adjustment
- Intake and discharge filters rated @ 1.0 - 0.5 microns to remove solid particles (if any) before and after oil vacuum processing.
- Electric oil heater with variable output.
- Vacuum chamber with internal turbulators and anti-foaming devices to introduce oil surface to vacuum maintained inside the chamber
- Vacuum pump(s) – liquid ring, claw or screw type with suction capabilities/pumping speed in a range from 60 m3/hour to 300 m3/hour.
- High efficiency vacuum condenser and water/waste collection pot to separate and drain the absorbed contaminants in automatic pre-programmed regime…
- Any special optional custom features required to adapt/integrate the specified “Low Vacuum” Oil Purifier into the existing technological/production processes (in case of closed loop turbine oil purification circuit)
- Fully automated PLC based control system to operate in any pre-programmed regime, made and installed strictly in accordance with the international electrical safety rules and regulations.
- Skid/frame mounted stationary arrangements, free-standing portable/movable systems (c/w casters) and mobile – trailer mounted systems are available.
- Complete HLD (Helium leak Detection) Test to verify the system integrity (internally and externally) as a part of final testing @ Sputtek Inc. facilities.
